Heat 1tbsp butter in a nonstick Pan, keep the flame on medium-high, add paneer cook for a minute. Then add salt, chaat masala, black pepper powder and oregano. Roast paneer sticks till it turn golden. Keep it aside.
- For green chutney add all ingredients in a grinding jar. Grind all to make a fine paste. Chutney is ready.
Tips..always add 2 ice cubes with green chutney to make it perfect green.
- For 2 sandwiches take 4 slices of bread, spread butter evenly over each slices. Spread green chutney and place 2 paneer sticks in 2 bread slice.
- Now spread prepared beetroot masala, place a slice of onion, tomato and beetroot. Now sprinkle grated cheese over it.
