- Refrigerate dough for apx. 15-30 min. To thicken it up & make more pliable for rolling into small rounds. brqq
- Roll dough into little balls & roll into a small bowl of sugar. Place on parchment paper or Aluminum lined baking sheet. brqq
- Bake @ 425°F for 7-9 min. Mine seemed perfect baking @6-7min. Makes apx. 5 dozen small cookies. brqq
